Thoughts

• Beret - already obtained!

• Black wig - obtained, will need some trimming. And to think I only recently dyed my hair further away from black ^_

• Long jacket - customise an existing pattern, it's very plain, but with tails. No indication at all how the front fastens.
• Large collar - probably part of the shirt, but can cheat somehow.
  • One-winged eagle motif on the left side of collar
  • Use some funky orange fabric paint to make it
• Long shirt cuffs - cheat, attach to jacket
• Red, puffy knee-length pants - these should be easy, have already obtained a pattern.
• Black/white stripey socks - obtained
  • Albeit in some very small size
  • Not really a problem...
• Leather shoes
  • Colour is ambiguous, brown or black
  • Not too stylish/formal
  • Rounded, non-decorated front should look sufficiently practical
  • Fall back on existing black shoes if needed

Costing

Time is more scarce than money, purchase whatever it takes to make it happen!
