== Thoughts ==
 * Beret - already obtained!
 * Black wig - obtained, will need some trimming. And to think I only recently dyed my hair further away from black ^_^
 * Long jacket - customise an existing pattern, it's very plain, but with tails. No indication at all how the front fastens.
 * Large collar - probably part of the shirt, but can cheat somehow.
  * One-winged eagle motif on the left side of collar
  * Use some funky orange fabric paint to make it
 * Long shirt cuffs - cheat, attach to jacket
 * Red, puffy knee-length pants - these should be easy, have already obtained a pattern.
 * Black/white stripey socks - obtained
  * Albeit in some very small size
  * Not really a problem...
 * Leather shoes
  * Colour is ambiguous, brown or black
  * Not too stylish/formal
  * Rounded, non-decorated front should look sufficiently practical
  * Fall back on existing black shoes if needed

Time is more scarce than money, purchase whatever it takes to make it happen!
