High priority locations are major hubs, where many trains stop or lines meet. That's any station on the cityrail map with a "bar" across the lines.

Westmead seems like a decent price range, up to about $400k and sorta close enough to Parramatta. Not walkable distance though, you'll be needing to catch trains to/from Westmead station.

If looking to rent with Adrian, criteria is:
- About $600/week
- Apartment preferred
- If it's a house, almost definitely not with a pool
- 2-3 bedrooms, in case his brother also moves in
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 car spaces
- Close to public transport, major station preferred
It would be nice if it's open plan, so there's room for photo studio setup and the like.
