Took ownership around 2015-08-08, which is 16 weeks ago (now 2015-11-28).

Total cost is $652.21 which amounts to $40.76 per week. I've driven *roughly* 4000km, which makes it **about 17c per km**.

Total consumption of 441.8 litres, making it about 11L per 100km, or a little less possible. That's pretty much as expected for urban driving, but I've definitely done plenty of open road driving as well, which should have dropped it somewhat.

Car was sadly written off as a result of the engine being flooded during torrential rain.

Giulietta

Started with a full 60L tank, she takes 95 RON or higher.

Took ownership with 43,237 km on odometer.

BP Lane Cove with 47680 km on odometer

  • 2016-03-10: 773km, 86L, 11.12L/100km, 14c/km so far. I am a heavy city driver.
  • 2016-03-23: a 187km joyride up to Putty Road consumed 10.7L/100km on average, equating to exactly 20L for the trip. Assuming average of last fill and current fill, that's $25.50, ouch.
  • 2016-03-29: Home, work, city, Kat's place, home; can be done for about 7.5L/100km if I'm reasonable, about 95km or so.
  • 2016-04-25: Filled up with 46,196 on the odometer, having travelled 2959 km since purchase while consuming 298.82 litres of fuel. Average mileage of 10.1L per 100km.
    • That's $492.65 spent on fuel, or 16.65 cents per km.
    • Average 44km to go visit Kat and return home == 4.4L == $7.32
      • That's actually cheaper than public transport, just considering fuel costs ($4.50 each way)
      • Fuel consumption is lower when I do a whole-day round trip including work at ATP. If it were fair scaling, that'd be 3.67L == $6.11
