Not that I read it often, but it's slightly irritating that SMH is now behind a paywall. Nothing a quick call to $.find("#subscription-overlay)[0].remove() can't fix...
They only render as much of the page as fits in the current window, but you can then click on the print view button and get a much more readable version anyway...Or you can edit your browser local storage for smh.com.au, find the ffx-drm-default-user-profile-key and reset meterCount to 0. This is what they increment to give you your "10 free articles per month".
Ooh interesting! So what if you just set your policy to always-disallow local storage for smh.com.au..?
