Not having embedded shooting metadata is kinda annoying. There are ways around it, like getting stored data out of the camera, but I don't have the gear for that yet.
Tag dates and camera data with AnalogExif
- Import to Lightroom as normal
- Fix rotations
- Make a collection
- Add to All Film Shots
- Correct the file ordering by adjusting timestamps. It's common for rolls to be scanned in reverse shooting order, or for file mtimes to be out of sequence
- Now move the timestamps to the actual shoot date
- Use the Lenstagger plugin to tag the camera, lens, and film data. If you know the shooting settings, even better
- Using Lightroom, move the files to the correct folder on disk
- Perform face tagging
- GPS tag as well
- Write a notes.txt for the photos
