Renting around Epping or Eastwood

As of July 2018.

Rough criteria:

  • Up to $500/wk
  • 2 bedroom apartment with car space
  • Preferably no further from station than current distance
  • Kitchen and bathroom need to be in good condition, ideally renovated within like the last decade

  • $500, 2BR, ground floor, looks clean and modern, good spot I think, internet maybe questionable, just added, available immediately on 10th July

Fuck yeah public transport! What suburbs does this offer?

High priority locations are major hubs, where many trains stop or lines meet. That's any station on the cityrail map with a "bar" across the lines.

  • Lidcombe

And now a giant URL from domain.com.au

Westmead seems like a decent price range, up to about $400k and sorta close enough to Parramatta. Not walkable distance though, you'll be needing to catch trains to/from Westmead station.
